Looks like Floras (R) support for the worker bees in CalFire has gotten him in trouble with his party as the local leaders have decided to support one of his primary opponents this year. He’s won his election handily the last few times so not sure it’ll matter much but he’s been at the forefront for good things for CalFire. His district mainly covers San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Amador counties.
