Bad area for a fire these days. That was my IA out of El Dorado Station when not to many houses where there. It was mostly cattle ranches. Now there are a lot of dwelling all over those hillsides. Its oak woodland mix in with brush patches.

I believe this is a different Incident…
Looks like this fire being worked by the way the smoke acting. Maybe hit a road or some type of barrier. Whatever the case looks like they are doing a good job.

There are a lot of CF resources on 24 down in Folsom & El Dorado Hills from the Electra so they had the resources around if they needed them
