PER BDF…Update: 200 acres with 5 % containment, several agencies supporting the fight. Wildfire near Lytle Creek has unknown origin, not a threat to structures at this time.

The fire is called the #NobFire not the #KnobFire.
The last time there was a vegetation fire in this same area was in 1949. The #NobFire is burning in 74 year old vegetation.

Coulson is doing spring training out of SMX with a few different tankers, non are on contract yet.

Believe that’s Ice House canyon on the right flank. The next slope burned early 2000’s

That slope burned in 02 and the blue cut fire burned down to lytle creek road right there. That’s cold water canyon road on the right flank.
