XSA is punching T1 OES ST 4801A…should be there by the early AM
I’d be shocked if he wasn’t already. Secret service is incredibly risk adverse and likely is liasoning with sheriff directly.
Given wind direction, there’s a ton more damage this fire can do, but I suspect the footprint will remain under 10k acres. Given SMA is evacuating to San Vincente, they’re def worried. But this is going to be a deceptively damaging fire, not a huge footprint, but extremely high property loss and worse…

“The LAFD is NOT requesting assistance from the public. The message was misconstrued. We are running a recall for our OWN LAFD members ONLY. Thank you.”
Don’t call them if you’re not LAFD.
(sorry to double post, but this one’s important)
Thank you.

A gentle reminder to everyone to not post any IWI or Mayday calls until such time as there are official press releases from either the agency or official media outlets. We will be deleting posts about IWI(s)

That was for all off duty LAFD only as they are doing a mandatory call back of all off duty staff
SO reporting multiple civilian burns injuries in the Big Rock area. Reports lots of folks coming out with burns and requests an MCI and multiple ALS to respond to Duke’s restaurant.

OPS requesting a Medical Evac for 40 patients and 24 staff for an assisted living facility on Vereda De La Montura and Palisades Dr.
You’re totally right. It’s all about saving lives and getting everyone home safe. Thanks for keeping the focus where it needs to be!
Between the 30 there gonna use on the Eaton and the 40 here I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t start moving EMS units from central and northern cal down south.
Anyone have an updated firis link?
Just to clarify…this request was for 40 patients…not 40 ALS or BLS units

Both LAC and LAC have plans for MCI’s involving 100’s to 1000’s of patients. They have contracts with the multiple private ambulance companies located in Southern California. LFD has over 100 ambulances staffed by their Firefighters by it self.
