To the east, definitely. To the south, it looks to have heavy fuel for a few hundred acres.

I don’t know about the entire unit, but ~80 percent of the land mass in lake county burnt 2015-2020

Yes. LNU is huge. Sonoma county alone has lots of unburned area.
