The tankers are starting structure protection up Basilone road near Combat Town 25.
There is some mix up on the incident name. Units being dispatched to the “Sierra” fire but the name has been switched to Kilo.
Pendleton has a drone up over the incident.
Correction, they are dropping tankers to protect area 25, just to the south of where I thought.
They are dropping near the buildings off Vado del Rio

1,000 acres. The head is hung up in a wash. AA sates the fire is looking better for now. I am also hearing 700 acres. so 700-1000 acres for now.
