The Barnes Fire is burning near the communities of Willow Ranch and Ft. Bidwell on the Modoc National Forest. A Type 1 Incident Management Team was assigned to the Fire and was in-briefed on Thursday.
The fire is exhibiting active fire behavior with isolated torching, running, and backing observed.
EVACUATION WARNING for MCU-035 remains in effect. EVACUATION ADVISORY for MCU-028 remains in effect.
