Was told the Spike camp will be at Stoneyford. The Team is in Willows.

Closer to Elk Creek, along Road 308 is either a major spot off Doe, or a new separate incident they’re calling Ivory. It sounds like TGU is working the north side and Elk Creek proper for structure protection. MNF working the west side of 308 where it turns to the south.

Not sure how symbiotic Doe and Ivory are. :thinking:

The August Complex Fires in the Mendocino National Forest have resulted in evacuations of the following areas as of 0900 this morning:
0845 8/19/20: Evacuation Warning:

This is an Evacuation Warning for the area of Newville from County Road 306 along County Road 200 to Black Butte Lake. Residents should be prepared to evacuate.

0600 8/19/20 EVACUATION ORDER

Evacuation Upgraded to an Order for Chrome, Burrows Gap, and Red Mountain area of western Glenn County. The area of County Road 306 from County Rd 314 north to Burrows Gap and west to the Mendocino National Forest. Immediately evacuate the area.

0600 8/19/20 EVACUATION WARNING

Evacuation Warning for Grindstone Rancheria.

0445 8/19 EVACUATION ORDER:
Upgraded from warning to Order at 445 am:
This is an immediate Evacuation Order due to fire. The area of Elk Creek from County Road 309 north to road M 9 and west of County Road 306 to the Mendocino County line is ordered to evacuate.

0200 8/19 EVACUATION ORDER:

This is an immediate Evacuation Order for the area of the Mendocino National Forest in Glenn County along Forest Highway 7 due to the Fire. The area is from County Road 309, north to road M 9 from the forest boundary, west to Plaskett Meadows.

A Temporary Evacuation Point is open at

Willows Memorial Hall 525 W Sycamore St. Willows, CA 95988

It is jointly staffed by Glenn County HHSA and Red Cross

An Animal Shelter is open at the

Glenn County Fairgrounds 221 E Yolo St. Orland, CA 95963

It is currently staffed by Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control staff

Doe Fire was 1 mile south of Salt Creek Conservation Camp around 8am. Just checked the Round Mtn Paskenta2 cam and it’s crested the ridge and coming down. Highlighted spot is the camp.
