Fire is behind Indian Valley campus 1800 Ignacio Blvd
Several small spots. PD advised possible armed carjacker in the area and that the individual might be responsible foR the fires. I think it’s the College fire

That will explain why there is a helicopter doing orbits and lighting the area.
