3313 has IC and advising long hose lay to access the fire. Access will be difficult and is only off the Border Road.

South of Doghouse Junction/Otay Mountain - The fire remains at 5 acres and is holding within the retardant lines. Both tankers have dropped on the fire and are now back en route after reloading. Copter 12 is now on scene and inserting their crew. Dozers cancelled.

Requesting 5 additional type 3s to conduct the hose-lay needed. Still holding in Retardant but no hose to the fire yet.

Fire is 6 acres and the hose lay has just reached the fire. Should be a done deal soon.
