6 water tenders, 2 type 3 strike teams, and 2 type 1 strike teams being requested. If current winds hold, structures will be impacted in an hour. AA also wants a second VLAT if he can get it.

Ops advising IC the fire made a slope reversal and is pushing hard towards structures, asking for a no divert on 4 Tankers for expected structure and life threat.
Second VLAT approved and en-route from Medford…T911.
First impact to structures now in 10-15 at Rock Canyon and Johnson. Inserting type 1’s now.
Also requested specifically 10 RRU type 1’s for Terwiliger structure group. Fire is pushing hard per Ops.

Fire activity picked back up, and tankers were relaunched. Tanker 03 is timed out for the day and is returning to Fresno.
Additional resources from CalFire are being pushed South from cover assignments due to this incident.
