An interesting wind pattern. Surface west winds now but upper level east winds still. The column is wrapping from west to east in upper air.

The fire is 700 plus acres, 7 structures destroyed. 2 civilian fatalities and 1 burn patient in the hospital. Another fast-moving WUI fire. Two double fatal WUI fires this week on opposite ends of the State. Neither are extremely large so these fires are starting on top of populated areas, and are so destructive.
