Fyi, the Hwy 58 Fire in 96 burned enthusiastically++ also & as you (and the “old timers”) have noted previously the Las Pilitas Fire in 85 was gnarly and then some.
Thats the short list.. there have been others!

that was the first time I ever saw pyrocumulonimbus (i was staying in los osos when it happened) I seem to remember lots of rumors that it was started by kids using fireworks somewhere off hwy 41
