That makes sense as div T has been the priority for the last couple of days. Dozer and handline is going on that east edge to tie it in. According to briefing over the last few days the plan is to fire it out soon.

The fire got to line at the top of tango and they were hitting it with tankers helicopters to keep it out of spring Creek to the east coast.

AA15, lead plane K5 and T121 and T40 are early up. Talking targets around Black Rock and Div.T. 5 Acre Spot fire over the dozer line.
Last night there was a black hawk long line ship with a mission near Dinkey Dome.
Update 09:20, 4 additional LATs and a VLAT out to a dozer in the green from a rock dome down to the North Fork (kinda vague). When they talk ground features it’s hard to know exactly. Need to look at the Op’s map. There is some dozer line in both Div.Q and T.
10:50Hrs: Believe that they opened up the Rodgers ridge road in Div.T with dozers and the VLAT will be dropping in support of this dozer/road system.

AA requested early up for 6 LAT’s and Lead Plane at 8am tomorrow. I suspect to knock down the spots and slop over’s again.

Mapped at 21,703 acres last night.
East Flank will be the work area to try to close the door on the gap.
Will probably incorporate the MAFFs this morning.

Update 14:40 Firewatch 51 mapped 26,943 acres. That’s a over night increase of 5k acres in 16 hours !

Tankers and copter are in structure protection missions. Several aircraft were diverted to lighting starts. Div.O is challenging crews.

I know it’s weak evidence however, caltopo viirs has heat in the Dinkey Creek drainage as pyrogeography predicted. Bet he’s been busy checking into all the new starts.
