Question for NorCalScan:
Can you investigate the Extended attack Air Tactics Frequencies?
Thanks.
By the way the IAP205 Frequency Function labels are mislabeled.
I heard 167.0625 AGC
Also hear Starlink being used by the IC.

Any confirmation on the reported acreage update please?

Most folks would consider acreage reported from an intel aircraft as confirmed.

InciWeb has not updated, this is why I am asking if anyone had any additional information or if they heard it reported themselves to confirm the new acreage reported. Thank you for your time.

If it isn’t posted on calfire website, inciweb, or released by the Forest it’s not official and as of right now 300 acres and 5% contained.

Thank you.

428 acres now. First time I’ve seen inciweb update 30 seconds after an update .

Great job keeping it small, They slung a lot of mud at this thing.

Had lots of potential(thought it might run), ugly hot country and a great stop by Air and Ground.

I saw the following last night on Watch Duty and question the validity? I don’t believe TCFD has any Incident Management Teams…

The Sierra National Forest Max Fire is currently working with CAL-FIRE’s Fresno King Unit. As of 6 p.m. today, the Tulare County Fire Department Type-3 Incident Management Team will assume command of the fire.

They do and it is a well organized and professional group.
They managed the coffee pot fire last year during the initial days and did a great job supporting the firefighters.

Thanks, guess I’m way behind times.

I stand corrected. I spoke to the Safety Officer on the team this morning. The team was approved last year by OES. Guess I need to catch up here lol. Been retired too long.
