IC is canceling the crews, and continuing the engines and 1 dozer.
Looks like it has hit the orchards and ran out of steam.

With the Name I’m guessing along Sand Creek Road east of Orange Cove. In Tulare County and the Orange Cove Fire Protection District which is dispatched by Fresno ECC.
