Per NWS…Back to triple digits for the valley next week… Temperatures are expected to quickly rebound to near normal Sunday with above normal temperatures anticipated for the following week as the HP ridge rebuilds.

There is actually a chance of snow above 8000 feet in the Northern Sierras on Friday and Saturday.

Yah it’s pretty much over. Long range forecasts show a wet November and the probability of La Niña becoming firmly established. No major events being forecasted.

There’s still lots of season left. The Camp Fire broke out in November after some October storms. This link to the predictive services’ webcast is a good resource to see a week’s worth of forecast. They are showing that this storm is just putting a small dent in large fire risk.

Don’t hold your breath quite yet lol. Redding forecast shows dry and warming with highs in the upper 90’s by Tuesday thru all next week and beyond. Things will dry out quickly.
