HEQB’s

It helps when they get out of AC they have been sitting in, scout line and have a little knowledge of what the equipment they have is capable of. Pretty hard to swamp if your not out scouting in my eyes.

For me I preferred to have a plan to put in a line that has a chance to work and have my service unit waiting for me at the end. It has been years since I have followed a marked line that was in the right place. (Kern dozer walkers)

Did the requirements change to become a HEQB? I am trying to become a trainee and have recently found conflicting information.

What are you seeing that’s different than what’s in the CICCS manual?
