I want to start discussion and see how folks are feeling so far this season. I know it is still early but with how dry things have been & some of these wind events we have already seen, I am getting the sense it might be another long one.
For those of you on the ground or connected with local crews—how’s morale looking? Are resources stretched yet or are things still manageable in your areas? Also I have heard mixed things depending on the region but curious to get a broader picture from folks actually in it or close to it.
Also wondering if anyone’s heard about any changes in protocols, equipment or crew structure this year? Anything that stands out compared to past seasons?
