Correct me if I am wrong but wasn’t another part of the complex IMT transition to allow for scaling of each team, meaning small fire, small/partial team, and large fire, large/whole team? Has this been taking place in the real world?

I would upload the directive but have been unable to for some weeks now. Another server glitch I suppose. But they are looking at 75 positions with 24 core positions and are pushing for 100 members on each team. My feeling is many long time Team 10 (Norcal 2) members are going to call it quits. Me one of them…

I was an OSC on NorCal 1 (CA Team 16) for several years. The IC and deputy were reassigned to other teams in 2020 and the team was disbanded. Much of the C&G wound up on Team 5, but I lost interest and went freelance.
Seems like cohesion is no longer valued.
