Well, vegetation fire risk is down today. Along with lower wind speeds we have lower temps (18 degrees) in East Texas.
Hope Y’all keep your pipes and hoses runnin. STAY WARM for when you can’t.

That was a nice weather report, but those of us in Texas who live anywhere from 600 to 1,000 miles North of Laredo the temps are a tad bit coooler than that.

Northeast Texas hasn’t received a lot of snow, but the lightning show’s every night have been spectacular. Lake Bob Sandlin has a full pool level of 337.50. The current level is 337.84. That might give an indication of the amount of rain. Spillway is working overtime. Texas weather varies as much if not more than California.
