Wondering if this season will end quietly or if it will pick up come August. This has been a different season for sure

Historically,
Winters with heavy snowpack have lead to high lightning seasons August / September. ie 1985. 1987, 2003. we shall see.

I remember the siege of 03! Especially Madera staging humid outside freezing in the buildings. Good days.

See I thought so too. But according to Predictive Services they are calling it lighter than normal Lightning year. Who knows I give up. Lol
