Dispatch Centers, GACCs, and ECCs have the ability to control. Take a look at the lower part of the frame and youll see who is logged in a controlling.

Also if you look at the wording on the bottom of the picture there will be who is logged in. Most CF ECC’s have access to change the cameras. I would assume same of FED’s. As well as individual accounts up and down the state.

LG, LE have access to the camera controls as well, as does GACC personnel.

@ALERTCalifornia I keep getting the missing screen tile on map, I’ve cleared history, refreshed, and whatever else I could do but it comes back every other try on the website.

Three new cam locations popped up on the west side in the last few days here on the Big Island.
EDIT 8/25: Had some DM’s mentioning that the Hawaii Cams are not visible to some. They will not show up on the ALERTCalfornia page. Use the ALERTWest site (https://www.alertwest.org/) to access all western states and Hawaii.
