Aviation fuel shortages

Seems like it could be a challenging season, hopefully potential fuel shortages don’t impact firefighting operations. Looks like we are going to be impacted worse than 2021.

Honestly, as an Engine captain I don’t look at the price of fuel. I’m sure the airtanker pilots do the same when they pull up to the pump. I’m sure there will fuel for said aircraft.

I think the point was availability, not price. It can be free, but if the tanks are empty, it is still no deal.

There wont be any new refineries until the regulations are eased up that are causing the current refineries to close shop. Holding breath… nah.

Still waiting for the Chevron Deference to kick up some new refineries or do something

So long as I dont have to spend $200 to fill up my truck anymore they can call it whatever they want just start pumping some oil out the ground!
