Fire in between Tracy and Hayward in Alameda County, Putting up a good column. See the Diablo Cam; http://www.alertwildfire.org/southeastbay/index.html?camera=Axis-Diablo&v=81e002f

As of a few minutes ago the fire was 10 acres. Alameda County and East Contra Costa have units on scene.
