NEU sending 2341 (dozer) to the Fiddletown incident - corrected from Lawrence incident on the dispatch AEU dispatch calling it the Lawrence incident

Scanner a bit broken, but Camino dispatching additional resources from both Amado and El Dorado counties. Sounded like five additional engines and another dozer.

This is not the area you want one to get up and run on you.

Sounds like two strike teams of charlies coming from the Caldor.

Agreed. Lots of steep drainages and potential for wind to come into alignment with them. Not pretty.

Aircraft are working the fire with additional aircraft on order. Scanner continues to be broken at times, so couldn’t hear exactly what the order was. Also, six additional water tenders have been dispatched.

So far not a base to this yet. Hopefully all forces keep knocking heat out of it and get some line built.

Additional TCU just sent two cover engines to AEU.

IC just gave an update - sounds like they are making good progress with aircraft getting retardant lines in. At least some of the fire is burning in grass right now. Four structures directly threatened right now, though IC is calling for ASO representative to the ICP. Sounds like biggest need right now is to get more ground forces on the line. Tough place to get a lot of engines to in a hurry.

I think the ROC was a little optimistic of the Rate of Spread…Looks like they are doing a good job on knocked down from what the cam is showing.
