IC stating wildland component contained, structure is still involved, requesting additional EDSO.
Wet line around the wildland, I wouldn’t call it contained. That wasn’t IC with “contained” info.
Agreed, I thought it was an odd statement.

Structure… and all depends if they have a water source to continually flow water…
