Isolated pockets of fire are present in the Mt. Wilson area. Smoke from this area will remain visible & smoke plumes more prevalent in the afternoon as heavy fuels burn. This behavior is expected & firefighters are monitoring for spotting & adverse behavior in steep terrain.
It got it a bit bigger. Tankers were called in - actually a fair bit of air assets. Isolated pockets, yes, but a bit of heat started to build in the West Fork and still plenty of potential.

Was in this area Monday and Tuesday (10-5 & 6) and heard a lot of Forest Net traffic for suppression repairs that was just routine. Never sounded like direct mop-up or suppression.
bear divide HS and others have been working with helicopter support in div G Door cyn for past several days. also Breckenridge has been using helio support also. have not heard anything today.

The last few frames have shown a pixel of heat within the fire perimeter.
Too far south to be Bobcat. Probably CA-ORC Silverado.
The top of the image shows a pixel on the Bobcat that has been active. The bottom is the Silverado.
