When did this area burn last - been a bit that I can remember - especially to the west.

@anvilhead - what do winds do here the rest of the day, if you know? Now that fire at the ridgeline that is what will make the difference
It’s not being driven by particularly strong winds but should pick up again tonight into tomorrow. The lack of strong winds is actually not good because it is spreading laterally. If it gets across Sierra Pelona Road it’s going to want to push more to the SW but also burn laterally due to the slope.
