First engine reporting maybe 5 acres, start a 2nd alarm because of access issues. South of Hwy.330 near 1N09 Recreational Shooting Site.

A few lightning strikes are being reported higher up on BDF. I don’t believe it is related.

Last update I got was 7 acres and fire has slowed significantly with retardant. Mostly backing fire now.

There is a multiple communities that are directly above the fire and if it get aligned it would be a mess so easier to mitigate the threat early.
