2 tankers are out of service, AA is requesting if they aren’t back in service to order 2 additional S-2’s. Inquiring about the availability of a VLAT

Ordering a type 1 tanker out of Santa Maria, and the VLAT, no location given for VLAT. South Ops is inquiring on the need for the VLAT, sounds like they are not letting the order being placed.

VLAT was blocked by South Ops due to lack of structure threat.
