Try CMD 12. TCU runs all their Vegs on that. For now.
Salt Fire now 10K acres and 5% contained per WD..
CF IMT 1 assigned
IC was able to get 2 night copters , last night, for the incident based on the threat to town of Coalinga. Traffic on Cmd,1 was light today. Wind probably let up.
There is not a Command 12 repeater in FKU.
Anyone got a IAP for Saltā¦. 2311C just got punched out and heading that way.
. I believe the one they are mentioning is on Peno Blanco near Coutlerville. Covers some of both MMU and TCU Toulmne. It used to be a CDF Cmd.2 repeater up there.
Penon Blanco still has CDF CMD 2 Tone 8 along with CDF MMU1 Tone 4, CDF MMU2 Tone 4, CDF TCU Local Tone 4.
Last month TCU was using Cmd.12 for an incident (in southern Toulmne) and that was news to me since they have a county command channel.
If all those receivers are using the same window filter and RX multi-coupler, same tone thatās going to result in bad issues. If 2 or more repeaters are in use, Thatās relying on each front end filter (which is a bit of a window) for de-sense rejection.
Happens at Bullion. It was masked by changing tones.
Why are you guys taliking about communication in TCU/MMU in a thread for BEU/FKU.
The county command channel is used for most non-fire emergency-related traffic. C12 is the first up Fire incident command channel for both Calaveras and Tuolumne.
IAP link for the Salt yet? Donāt see it on the FTP site
I donāt think itāll be on the ftp site, itās a state incident. To my knowledge the ftp site is fed only
Calfire is using the ftp site they just donāt put everything on there. The TCU September lightning is on there.
Itās on the ftp site now
