New start off Hwy 101 north of Paso Robles and near Camp Roberts.
just inside Monterey Co @ 77240 Indian Valley Rd, near San Miguel. IC reports fire is now 40-50 acres & now burning at a moderate ROS getting into heavier fuels, requesting an addl 4 type 3 engines, 2 handcrews & 1 dozer. This is the Cross Fire

This is a SLU incident not BEU.
Fire started and is majority in BEU. It was originally thought to be in SLU so SLU is remaining the ordering point until they can transition.
Anyone know potential? Seeing the glow, and coughing on the smoke from being a few miles south of it.
Forward progress stopped at around 120 acres. Extensive mop up.
