Williams Hill BLM area. There is a lot of mature vegetation in there.

There are a couple of mobile home parks to the south, scattered homes through those hills, military improvements (including the ammunition storage point) on Liggett, and Jolon Road to the west, and the 101 to the east.

Per IC, the fire is 30 to 50 acres, moderate rate of spread in medium to heavy fuels
