It is BOB Garrison.
The map on Watch Duty shows where the county line is. Now if the location is correct on the map, then its BEU.
The fire is on Camp Roberts (FRA DPA) property that has a dispatch contract with SLU. However, BEU took the call first and started the response. So as of now, it’s a BEU incident #
It’s BEU’s fire, SLU has sent auto aid engines.

Camp Roberts is not FRA. It is state national guard protected by their own department which are state employees.
It may be a State Nation Guard base, however, the land is Federal (DOD) DPA.
Not sure why we are all arguing on ownership here, what’s important is does anyone know what the fire is doing
80 acres in the river bed. Air tankers unable to drop due to water ways. Adding additional engines, crews, dozers, copters.
I guess they are sending T74, and T75 back to Paso to be filled with water. Hoping to put some water drops into the river bottom. Fire continues to spot ahead in the river bottom.
Spotted across to the western side of 101, within roading systems though. Some firing ops spoken about. Tankers reloaded w/ water. Holding @ 80 acres, putting tankers on a hold, should have FPS momentarily per IC.
Its actually federal through what is known as 131 money…Big Army gives money to state National Guard and gets filtered through what is know as central facilities management office… CFMO.
It’s a confusing/convoluted way of funding a fire dept.
Forward progress stopped per IC.
