It was visible from highway 111, the best location would North Shore on the Imperial and Riverside county line. It capped out in a matter of mintues and was off to the races.

.DISCUSSION…
Light and variable winds early this morning will turn westerly and
increase to around 10 mph by this afternoon. This will be due to a
weak and mostly dry cold front moving through the area this morning
which could bring a few isolated light showers through 9 am today.
Elevated humidities are also expected today with readings above 60%
this morning before dropping to around 40% late this afternoon.
A drying trend will then commence on Thursday with temperatures
holding around normal and winds generally light out of the north
in the morning and out of the west in the afternoon.
