DPA is CND or BLM Land.
MAFFS are up and flying these lighting fires
SQF has the contract protection so, therefore SQF ch.4 is command 170.55

It’s a Direct Protection Area of the BLM the management unit for BLM is CND or Central California Desert (you’d think it would be ccd).
BLM pays SQF to manage the fires in that area.
I heard an AirTactical (AA) plane over the fire requesting a VLAT.

The Feds re-use agency designations, just preceded by state. So they could have NV- CCD and CA-CCD.
