Watching some live video on local news. Fire is looking better but it just threw a couple spots into the median on I-8 and Copters were trying to knock them down.

Origin of the 1970 Laguna fire was at the Kitchen Creek Camp Ground next to the CNF Cameraon GS.

Wrong end of Kitchen Creek Road. Laguna Fire started in Laguna near the upper end of Kitchen Creek Road where it ties into sunrise highway.

I was in the IA engine. Strongest winds I have ever experienced. I saw 55 gallon drums blowing across Hwy 80.
