Renamed to the #MarshFire. Copter 908 working it now, not much further it can spread to the east as the marsh ends. Heavy ember cast towards homes & looking to establish a structure protection group.

Structure protection may be needed @ 8th St & Beacon St, sending resources there. Copter 908 requesting a 2nd copter (type 1), ordered through CAL FIRE.

The fire has now burned into some kind of yard containing vehicles (tow yard?), IC requesting 5 additional engines. Fire is also spotting down a narrow corridor of vegetation to the east - possibly the strip between tanks & tow yards.

Minor extension to commercial properties. Forward progress stopped. 200 acres with active flanks.
