I believe this is TNF French Meadows RX. PFIRS shows 3 burns right in that vicinity for the last few days. MODIS/VIIRS showing heat this morning in the same spots as the RX, and the camera target is right over this same area.

Looks like there are ongoing Spot Wx Forecasts for the French Meadows RX project. French Meadows is a major project, with various treatments across 22,000 acres. More info here:
