Smoke with slight build off Meadow lakes Cam, SW of community/radios sites at Meadow Lakes east of Auberry. Say near Mile High and Meadow Lakes, access Auberry Road.

Base is getting wider. SNF getting crews together. FKU responding additional ground units.

Helitanker 3HL, Tankers 01, 76, 78 and AA430 onscene with 1acre potential for 20 acres.

Add copter 404 enroute.

Crews taking Beal Fire rd. since all are responding from the bottom.

Tankers working incident. Still no ground units made it to the edge of the fire.

Holding tankers loaded and on hold at AA bases.

AA430 says its holding at 2 acres with drops in place. Copters are hot spotting.

Edit UPDATE:
Copter 404 returned to base.
Outside unit engines and dozers cancelled.
Ground engines made into the base of the fire.
I’d look for a burn pile on this… many houses hidden along that ridge.

EDIT UPDATE: 19:50
All IA ground resources at scene with hose lays all round fire. Forward progress stopped.
Copter 3HL and 430 released.
