Looks like a series of fires along Hwy. 96 near Trees of Heaven Campground… Not much info…
Per Tree AA.
Eastern fire already ran to the ridge from the river. 30-50 acres, backing into two addl drainages,
Diverting C503 downriver to addl start
SKU/KNF broadcastify
Sounds like two separate fires, one near Trees of Heaven and one near the community hall. Giving them some issues, very steep in there and a lot of brush. Moving into two separate drainage’s, still on the north side of the river.

Confirmed two incidents -
Tree Incident and the Community Incident
The local scanner facebook page has some good intel on this fire.
Tanker 88, 93, 94, 95, 96, 134 all working this incident along with the Klamath AA and a lead plane.
Copter 102, 202, 205 all hoofing their way north to these incidents.
Helicopter 503 is working the “Community Incident”
The majority of the aircraft are working the Tree Incident.

The Tree fire, and 8-10 miles to the est off 96 is the Community fire.
This feed seems to be picking up some of the tac channels fairly well.
Dispatch is coming through better on this feed.

Left flank , turning the corner in the shoulder, ridge top.
Right flank, similar progress, 65% to ridgeline
HWY 96 to be shut down from HWY 263 to Scott river road
Have we heard anything on acreage recently? Last I heard was somewhere around 30 acres,but haven’t heard an update.
~20 minutes ago IC said it was 45 acres and holding at the ridge.

Sounds like Fortuna and Grass Valley getting their S-2’s back, 134 returning to MCC but he’s not sure on his release status or not.
