It’s STEEP and the only access for dozers is mineral king. I have very personal experience dragging drip line and trash out of that particular area cleaning up marijuana grows.

Last fire in the area was the paradise in 1996 and it was to the south. No recorded fire history at the present location.

EDIT Update; Colony is 483 acres. Slowly growing.

The paradise has finally cleared up and is starting to build some heat. AA15 has been overhead for a little while and 2 helitankers are inbound.

I’ve got it backwards the colony fire has clear air.

Colony is dead center and paradise is the buildup on the left edge of the picture.

Someone can come up with an IAP for frequencies for Command and Airops? That would be appreciated.

Were using KNP Cmd but, it’s quite now. Changed to NIFC? I know these are assigned per incident on the fly/as they are requested and use many intenerate frequencies.

No IAP’s online from these Teams. Or…in another folder not under the incident?

Looking NE from Blue Ridge this morning…
