Does not sounds like any units have actually made it to the fire yet with maybe the except of Crew 530 who was inserted via helicopter.
E345 is saying that they haven’t found a way in yet and it may not be doable with vehicles.
All trains are stopped on the railroad. IC is talking about moving the trains that are in the canyon out so they can see if they can get access across the tracks.
