Shutting down the 5 closest windmills to the fire. No access for ground crews off of the windmill road.

Sounds like no vehicle access to the fire.
Sending the crews to Tehachapi airport for a crew shuttle via helicopter into the fire.
Helicopter 305 coming from Prado.
Helicopter 408, 523 are on scene.
