Compliments to the KCFD. You have truly been outstanding. My hat is off to each of you. VERY BUSY and yet you all keep giving championship, performance. Exampl of a wel trained and very well organized fire service agency. A real tribute to 1st Chief Harold Bowhay.

During the 1990s and early 2000s virtually all of my logistics unit leaders on CIIMT5 (Fed) were KCFD and did an exemplary job. Working with them locally it was a wonderful cooperative enviroment.

Their chief is an awesome guy and was our logs chief. He gets it, loves his guys, and does great work.
