Kern county is Punching one out. Hwy 155 and dutch flat road. Not a lot of details as I am a slave to broadcastify today and that scanner is down.

From the Rocky Point cam only, looks to be a roadside spot and pretty much finished business

Initial patrol and next in took care of it. Was roughly 1/10 acre. Sounded like it was a BBQ that fell over into the vegetation.
