Advising aircraft will be needed to check this up.
Based on the remote location of this fire I wonder is this could be a lightning holdover from the thunderstorms here a few days ago.

There was thunderstorms in Malibu a few days before this current lightning burst.

This area is loaded with many very expensive properties. The fuel load is quite high, many are right up to the buildings
