New Fire in LAC | FS140 | 9225 W Elizabeth Lake Rd | UPDATE: S130 reports 2 acres in medium brush. On the south side of Elizabeth Lake Rd. Fire is running and getting ready to jump the road. 10-15 mph winds. Full first alarm requested. 4 Helicopters enroute, 1 Helitanker, 1 helitender on order. No current structure threat. Hoping to catch this fire with the First Alarm.

BC11 on scene advising 3-5 acres. Fire is running, but is still south of Elizabeth Lake Rd. Fire is in the Initial Action Zone with ANF, They’re on scene and assisting.
Potential for 15-20 acres if the fire crosses Elizabeth Lake Rd. Resources are engaged and are holding the fire at the road right now. BC17 is in command.
The fire did jump the road and a second alarm was dispatched. the FROS is now stopped at 10 acres.
