An off duty retired CF person just came over the air and stated there are numerous private engines in the area of Radliffe Ave and need assistance for fire jumping house to house

Per Heavy EQ 1 the fire has jumped Sullivan Fire Road in the area of Camp Josepho and is moving east. The Camp has been evac’d and is empty
Div. S reporting multiple structures on fire on the west side of PCH. Ops says no units in staging for him
1061 Glenhaven is a vacant house going up. Hydrants are totally dry and they are reporting this will lead to multiple homes going up. They are leaving the area as there is zero water
The retired CF person is identifying as Red Zone 2. He is on S. Radcliffe and has 8 homes fully involved with multiple transformers blowing and lines down. Needs resources ASAP but was told none was coming and life safety was the priority.

Grounding all aircraft due to wind conditions, safety and not being effective at all.
Winds have increased and all rotors were just ordered back to Van Nuys. No air resources on the fire at all now.
